1. Ironman Gravity 1000 Inversion Table
You might call this the entry-level inversion table from Ironman but there is nothing entry-level about the quality and ease of use. This table has to be the best value inversion table for the money. Right from the start, it has been designed to make things as simple as possible. It assembles easily and within minutes you can be inverted and feeling the benefits that inversion therapy can bring. You can read more about it in my Ironman Gravity 1000 Inversion Table review.
2. Ironman Gravity 4000 Inversion Table
The Gravity 4000 builds on the already impressive Gravity 1000 by offering a stronger, more rugged frame and the utmost in comfort when it comes to the backrest. The molded ankle holders are also extremely comfortable and overall this table will help with posture, back pain relief and general relaxation. Please take a look at my review of the Ironman Gravity 4000 Inversion Table to get more information and pricing on this product.
3. Body Champ IT8070 Inversion Table
One of the most popular inversion therapy tables on the market is the Body Champ IT8070 manufactured by BodyMax. As you will see in my Body Champ IT8070 Inversion Table review, there is a lot to like about this table. Not only does it perform like a champ, it is also the cheapest of the five tables listed here and so provides very good value for money. This table is ideal for relieving pressure from pinched or compressed spinal nerves in your back, all at a price that no other table can match.
4. Teeter Hang Ups EP-550 Inversion Table
Teeter Hang Ups is the company started up by Roger Teeter, who took to designing and manufacturing his own inversion equipment as a result of his back problems. The number of people who have found relief from the symptoms of back troubles is growing week by week. Most users only needed to use the board for five to ten minutes a day for one week to see their pain and any signs of their condition disappear. Take a look at my review of the Teeter Hang Ups EP-550 Inversion Table if you want a detailed description and pricing information.
5. Teeter Hang Ups EP-950 Inversion Table
I have left the best inversion table to last. The table I would rate above all others is another Teeter Hang Ups table, which as you will read in my Teeter Hang Ups EP-950 Inversion Table review, offers the best possible performance. While it costs more than the other tables listed here, the additional cost is more than matched by the benefits it brings. Whether you suffer from pinching nerves in your spine, chronic upper back pain or sciatica, the EP-950 has been designed to bring you the best means to obtaining the quickest back pain relief.
